On Monday Miss Lepou brought a squid in for us to look at. We got to touch the squid and learn about the different parts of it. It was very exciting. Here are some photos:
We had a lot of fun dissecting the squid. We thought Miss Mac was very brave for cutting the squid. It was amazing how the squid's beak looked like a bird's beak!
How exciting, your pictures are super. I was interested to hear how the squid felt when you touched it, I have never touched a raw squid. Next time I eat calamari rings I will think of you A3! Helen
You have a lot of fun in A3 and A4. I would have liked to see you cut up the squid because it looked so interesting. A1 enjoyed looking at your pictures.
What a fun day you all had! I think you have learnt lots of interesting words about the squid and I really enjoyed listening to you talking about it on the video. Keep up your fantastic work Mrs Burt Pt England School
